Show & Tell
毎週金曜日は、ショーアンドテルの日。今日のトピックは
『スクールバッグについて』。バッグを持ってきて中に何が入っているかなどお話ししたよ！
Every Friday we have Show & Tell time. Today's topic was, " Describe your school bag and show what is inside it." We brought our school bags and we showed them to our friends.

Morning Circle Time
今日の朝のサークルタイムで、先生が「調子はどう？」と聞いて「ハッピー！」と答えたらハッピーフェイス、「ねむたいです。」と答えたら眠たそうな顔をしたりして 今日の調子をみんなに伝えたよ！
Today our teacher asked us, "How are you?". We responded with "I'm happy!" and a made happy faces or "I'm sleepy!" and made sleepy faces.

Left and Right
今日先生が、右と左を教えてくれたよ！
そして右に倒れたり、左に倒れたりして遊んだよ！
Our teacher taught us 'left' and 'right'. We made a circle and fell to the left and right.

Race
今日は、ボールをいろんな体の部分にはさんだり持ったりしてレースをしたよ。
そのあと、お友だちのおじいちゃんから頂いた大きなスイカを食べたよ。
おじいちゃんが植木で作られてるスイカはとっ〜ても甘くてジューシーでおいしかったよ！
Today we ran some races involving balls and parts of the body. After the races we ate watermelon that was grown in Ueki by one of our student's grandparents. They were so sweet and yummy!

My Face!
今日、身体の部分の名前を学習した後、図工の時間に自分たちの顔を描いたよ！
Today at art time we learned the names of some body parts, then we drew our faces.

Shared Reading
新しいクラスになって、新しい
リーディングブック
をもらったよ。
今日は「牧場の動物たち」の本を自分たちで読む練習をしたよ。
みんなリーディングの時間が大好きだよ！
This year we moved into a new class and got a new reading books. Today at shared reading time we read, " Farm Friends."We like reading!

How tall are you ?
今月のテーマは「自分の身体」について学習しているよ。
今日はメジャーを使って自分の身長を測って誰が一番高くて誰が一番低いかなど調べたよ。
This month's theme is " My Body ". Today we measured our height using a tape measure, and we learned who is the tallest and shortest in the class.

Watermelon
保護者の方から大きなスイカの差し入れがありました。
今年初めて食べるスイカは、とてもジューシーで甘くておいしかったです！
One of our parents brought us a nice, big watermelon. It's the first time we've eaten it this year. It was juicy and YUMMY!

New Work Book
新学期、クラスが変わって新しいワークブックをもらったよ。今日は、アルファベットや数の復習をしたよ。英語の勉強、たのしいなぁ！
We got new workbooks, reviewed the alphabet and our numbers.

New Friends
新しいお友だちが加わって、みんな大喜び！お兄ちゃん、お姉ちゃんは、率先して小さなお友だちのお世話をしてくれています！
今月のテーマは『私の身体／新学期』、
今日はクラスのルールーについて学習しました。
We are happy to have new friends join the class. Our bigger students are taking care of them.
This month's theme is "My Body / Back to School". Today we learned classroom rules.

Welcome Ceremony
アップルビーインターナショナルスクール第7回入園式が今日行われました。新しいお友だちがApple Bee ファミリーに加わって、みんな大喜びです！これから一緒にうたを歌ったり、四季折々の外国、日本の行事をしたり、お外を走り回ったり、元気に遊びましょうね！
Today we had a welcome ceremony. We welcomed our new friends and their families to our school. Let's have a wonderful year together!
